Terms of Service

By creating an account, opening a company workspace, or using a portal invite, you agree to these terms with RE360Muse Ltd., Kigali, Rwanda. If you use RE360Muse for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

RE360Muse is a web app you can install on a phone, plus an API. Buildings and units are kept on the property record. Listings, leads, leases, work orders, and construction jobs are created from that inventory. Finance wallets move money. A sale closing stays on the sales desk. Products that are not available yet stay marked coming soon and cannot be purchased.

We may change features that are in beta or coming soon. We will not send a paid subscription to an empty page.

Public registration creates an OS operator. Platform staff are created only by RE360Muse Ltd. and stay in /admin. You must keep credentials confidential. The company is responsible for who it invites, including owners and tenants, and for the accuracy of inventory and deals it records.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not probe, disrupt, or overload the service, store full card numbers or CVV in RE360Muse, or use the product for fraud, illegal listings, or unlawful surveillance.

Paid modules are charged through Paystack. Prices and seats are shown in Billing before you confirm. We do not store PAN or CVV. Failed charges may suspend paid modules. Taxes are the company’s responsibility where they apply.

A company marked as a founding-partner by RE360Muse Ltd. is not charged through Paystack for the unlocked OS until that flag is revoked. That arrangement is at our discretion.

A Verified operator mark on Market is RE360Muse Ltd.’s confirmation that we reviewed the company workspace. We may grant, refuse, or revoke the mark at our discretion. The mark remains until staff revoke it, including after a paid plan expires.

The company owns the records it enters. You grant us a licence to host, back up, and display that content solely to provide RE360Muse. You must have the rights to upload photos, IDs, and personal data of owners, tenants, and leads.

Where that content is personal data, the company is the controller and RE360Muse Ltd. is the processor. We host it on AWS in Ireland and Cloudflare, process it on the company’s instructions, and do not sell it. The company gives owners, tenants, and leads their own notice. A copy is in Company settings. A company established in Rwanda registers itself with the Data Protection Office and obtains its own authorization to store that personal data outside Rwanda.

On a written request from the company we will export or delete the workspace content we hold for it, except billing references we must keep for 5 years.

We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect data, or that RE360Muse replaces licensed surveyors, lawyers, or estate-agency regulation in your jurisdiction. You remain responsible for compliance with local real-estate, tenancy, and AML rules.

To the extent Rwandan law allows, RE360Muse Ltd. is not liable for lost profits, lost deals, or indirect loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees the company paid us for the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limit is not permitted.

You may stop using RE360Muse at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, fails billing, or puts the platform or other customers at risk. After closure we may delete or export company data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Courts of Kigali have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you in your own country.
