Leasing
Applications, leases, rent, and e-sign sit on a unit you already recorded.
Open Leasing after the unit exists. Applications from public rent listings arrive here. Sale inquiries go to Sales instead.
You can record the lease, the deposit, and recurring rent on that unit, and send an e-sign link. Work orders on an occupied unit stay in Maintenance.
Leasing is included in RE360 Tools. Leasing Rental is the same desk when Tools is not on the company.
